Precision Medals can professionally mount your large and miniature medals. All medal alteration jobs are performed in accordance with the uniform regulations of each branch of service.

Medals

All our medals are made in the United States and certified by the US Army's Institute of Heraldry. We have every award medal in stock from each branch of service, from the Civil War to the present. Anodized medals are available for the Army and Marine Corps. We stock every military award medal in both large and miniature sizes for the following branches of service:

Attachments

We stock every attachment for all our medals and ribbons. Award attachments are added free of charge to mounted award medals.

Mounting

You can choose to have your medals mounted at the time of purchase, or you can send us either your current set or loose award medals. If you're sending us your military medals, use the address listed below and include your name and phone number. Our team will contact you when we receive your military medals to discuss what you are getting done, give you a total price, and get your credit card information.

If you plan to send us a set of medals that another company has previously mounted, we will remount the entire military medal set. Due to the various methods used to mount medals, it is nearly impossible to duplicate the exact techniques of other companies after taking them apart.

We do not mount medals with more than one row as an integral mount. If you send military medals that are constructed from one piece, they will be returned to you as separate rows.

The mounting fee is $6.00 per medal. This fee entails mounting the hardware, a new drape, and a hard case.

Shipping

Medals are typically mounted and shipped within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. Please understand that during certain times of the year, due to the high number of requests, it might take a few extra days to ship your order. This time period is usually from the middle of September to mid-November. During these times, we increase our hours of operation to handle the extra number of orders so we can ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship to all addresses, including PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, and DPOs. We also ship internationally.

International rates are determined at the time of shipping based on the chosen shipping method and will incur a charge for the difference between the rates charged at the time of the order. Standard shipping is via priority mail through USPS with delivery confirmation. We also offer overnight shipping via express mail.

Returns

• If there is a mistake on your order and you must return it, we will issue you a return postage-paid label. Product errors will be fixed at no charge.
• Medals that are returned in their original packaging will be accepted, and a refund will be issued.
• Mounted military medals that are returned to Precision Medals will be refunded only the purchase price of the military medals.
